At SIPLUSH, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable — from checkout to your first sip.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. All orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s U.S. fulfillment centers, and both Shopify checkout and Buy with Prime orders can only be delivered to addresses within the contiguous U.S.

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally or to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled by Amazon’s fulfillment network to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and in most cases, Amazon may process and ship orders on weekends.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may take slightly longer.
  • Orders placed on official holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, order volume, or carrier conditions.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email — either from Amazon (for Buy with Prime orders) or from SIPLUSH (for Shopify checkout orders) — including your tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 


Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping address, and selected delivery speed.

  • Buy with Prime orders include free shipping for Amazon Prime members.
  • Shopify checkout orders may qualify for free standard shipping during promotional events.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track your package:

  • For Buy with Prime orders: directly from your Amazon account → Your Orders.
  • For Shopify checkout orders: via the tracking link provided in your SIPLUSH shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but not received, please contact:

  • Buy with Prime orders: Amazon Customer Support through your Amazon account.
  • Shopify checkout orders: Email reachus@siplush.com with your order number and tracking information, and our team will assist you in investigating the issue.

Order Changes or Cancellations

To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed quickly after checkout.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact reachus@siplush.com within 12 hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
