At SIPLUSH, we want you to love every sip. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Orders placed with Buy with Prime (Amazon)
If you checked out using Buy with Prime, your order is covered by Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee and follows Amazon’s return policy.
To start your return:
1. Go to your Amazon account → Your Orders.
2. Find your SIPLUSH item and select “Return or Replace Items.”
3. Follow the steps to download your prepaid return label provided by Amazon.
Once your return is received and inspected, Amazon will process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days after Amazon confirms receipt.
Replacements and Exchanges
If your Buy with Prime order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement of the same item through your Amazon account → Your Orders → Return or Replace Items.
If you wish to exchange for a different color or product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
For any questions about your return or replacement, please contact Amazon Customer Support directly through your Amazon account.
Orders paid through Shopify Payments
If you checked out directly on our website using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, please email us at reachus@siplush.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A brief note explaining the reason for your return
Once we receive your return request, our team will review your eligibility and send you a return authorization with return instructions, including a prepaid return label.
After the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, SIPLUSH will issue your refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after Amazon confirms receipt, but your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
- Exchanges are not supported. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved (for Shopify Payments orders), please contact us at reachus@siplush.com.
