Why is my bottle leaking?
The most common cause is a misaligned silicone ring. Check that both rings are seated with the flat side facing outward. Also ensure the lid is twisted 180° and the chug cap 90° until fully locked.
Can I use hot drinks in this bottle?
No — the Paradise Shaker is designed for cold beverages only. Hot liquids can create pressure buildup and affect the seal. For best results, use with water, smoothies, protein shakes, or juice.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
It depends on the colorway. Pismo Sunset and Hollywood Noir are hand wash recommended — the dishwasher may affect their finish over time. All other colorways (Malibu Sands, Joshua Dusk, Lavender Coast, and Tahoe Mist) are dishwasher safe. If white spots appear after washing, soak in hot water for 1 minute.
How do I remove the silicone rings for cleaning?
Use the Silicone O-Ring Remover tool included in the 3-in-1 Lid Brush. Slide the scoop-shaped edge under the ring and gently lift it out. Avoid using sharp objects.
How long does it keep drinks cold?
The double-wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold at 50°F / 10°C for up to 19 hours under normal conditions.
